Pinal Gila Community Child Services Inc. (PGCCS) is a family centered, community based, not-for-profit organization that provides opportunities for children and promotes self-sufficiency for families, in order to build stronger, healthier communities.

PGCCS is the grantee and operator of the following programs:
- Pinal & Gila county (Regional)
- Head Start (850 preschool children )
- Early Head Start (46 pregnant women to three year olds)
- First Things First Home Base Program for Pinal & Gila (115 zero to three year olds)
- Apache Junction Early Intervention (36+ Birth to three year olds)
- Central Arizona College Child Development Center and Lab
- Signal Peak Campus ( 30+ preschool children )
- Superstition Mountain campus ( 36+ preschool children )
Other programs operated by PGCCS include:
- Reading is fundamental
- National book bank
- America Reads
The funding level is approximately 9 million.
PGCCS serves a two-county, 10,000 square mile area in the central area of the state. The central office is located in Coolidge. The program has service facilities in 18 communities

60% of staff is current or former Head Start parents
